How direct installments work — without a bank
A down payment, then monthly installments over up to 60 months paid directly to the group. Here is how it works.
It starts with a down payment at signing; the remaining value is split over up to 50 months for apartments and 60 months for duplexes and roofs.
There is no bank in the equation, no bank interest, and no guarantors.
