About the group
Abu Dayya Group for Real Estate & Investment is a developer working in Bethlehem and Beit Sahour, building apartment buildings and fully serviced residential complexes — and, most recently, the first business tower of its level in the city.
The group began as a small family contracting office and grew into a developer that owns its full chain: land, design, construction and sales. That is what allows us to sell with registered title and to offer direct installments without a bank.
We believe a residential complex should be a small neighbourhood: a garden, a gym, a nursery, a hall, and parking for every resident and guest. And we believe the city deserves a tower worthy of its businesses.
